Overview:
The Yard Coordinator manages the property in an efficient manager while ensuring all inventory is ready for sale/demo, maintains accurate locations/status of inventory and the upkeep of the property to enhance and maintain curb appeal.

Responsibilities:
- Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
- Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
- Throughout the day, physically walk the property in order to remove litter and other debris.
- Maintain "critical" areas: dumpster area, grounds adjacent to the road, and parking lot/walkway area
- Transfer items to be removed to dumpster or storage area, whichever is applicable
- Operate street sweeper equipment for property cleaning.
- Clean and maintain all common areas and storage
- Provide assistance, as needed, to technicians and other personnel
- Performs all work in safe manner and promotes a safe environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous forklift operating experience is a plus.
- Must possess valid drivers license with no more than two citations in previous 36 months.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand/yard tools as well as street sweeper equipment.
- Must be a Team player that is enthusiastic and hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in the use of a computer to complete job duties and timekeeping.
- Able to work over time, weekends and holidays as requested.
Working Conditions
- The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
- Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.
- Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
- Must be able to lift varied weight up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.
- Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
