  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Receive and enter purchase order and sales order information
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients on their account status and progress
  • Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's CRM system
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
