Job Details
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
Receive and enter purchase order and sales order information
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
Prepare and present regular reports to clients on their account status and progress
Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's CRM system
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
