Job Details
Location: St. Louis, MO (onsite)
Pay: $20/hour
6 month contract to perm
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Review and validate loan documents
- Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
- Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization s desired culture and values
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center and banking experience OR recent college grads
- Encompass experience is a plus
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Rate $20.00 per hour W2.
