Purchasing Management Orange, California Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$16 - $18 hourly** AmeriPharma is looking for a Receiving Clerk to join our team! Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter orders into a database

* Receive, unpack and inspect incoming shipments

* Return defective product, aged inventory, and recalls

* Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)

* Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified

* Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place

* Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control

* Assist with purchase orders and ensure price and delivery dates are being met

* Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs

* Call vendors for product information, pricing, lead time, shipping time, availability, and returns

* Follow up with PO's for order confirmations and arrival dates

* Verify packing slips and invoices for discrepancies

* Gather documents such as DSCSA and MSDS sheets

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to prioritize and work efficiently with frequent interruptions

* Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently

* Pharmacy Technician License - Plus
