Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Boombox Ads. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting and lead generation. The role will involve conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients via phone and email, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will also maintain accurate records of activities and update the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
This job is a 100% commission, 1099 position. However, you will be paid $1,000/month for every closed client for as long as they stay with us.
On Track Earnings: $143,000
