We have an immediate opening for a CADD Manager with a Minimum of ten years of experience in MicroStation and AutoCAD, preferably with bridge design and roadway design experience, for transportation agencies in the region such as NJDOT, NJTA, PANYNJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, etc.

This position is full-time.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Manage the CAD Department of a civil engineering company.

Coordinate between the Engineering Managers and CAD Technicians for the successful drafting of the design projects.

Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.

Provide guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence.

Work with Engineering Leads regarding technical, training, and other CAD system issues.

Identify opportunities and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.

Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.

Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.

This position is for our Princeton, NJ location.
