Overview:

Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a Training Manager specializing in being our lead trainer that will take point in leveraging existing training content, creating new content and implementing the training that will enable our teams to provide Operations Excellence. This new position will also be the point person for our Food Safety evalations program that will be implemented. With over 4,000 stores across Malaysia, China, Singapore, and Vietnam, and a staggering 100 million cups of tea served monthly, Chagee is now expanding to the US market. What you'll do:

  • Carry out basic skills, competitions and management training for employees.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters training department and training manager to carry out training
  • Conduct training and assessment for various positions in the operation department, such as new employee onboarding training, store manager/reserve store manager training, and operation coach/specialist training
  • Conduct offline/online inspections of the store according to the relevant requirements of food safety and quality
  • Responsible for the inspection of other projects issued by the training team at corporate headquarters, including but not limited to: food safety, training, new products, etc.
  • Responsible for food safety training or subsidiary operation training
  • Responsible for the monthly report data of the subsidiary and/or the follow-up of the key stores of the subsidiary
  • Cooperate with headquarters to carry out work and complete other tasks assigned by superiors


Experience you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (HR) or a related relevant field; any QSR Food Safety/ Operations experience a plus
  • 4+ year's experience in HR training--preferably in the QSR field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities at all audience levels
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on training our teams
  • Keen ability to navigate ambiguous situations with a way-maker mentality
