Shipping Position
Job Duties:
- Accountable for inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
- Analyzes and when able, corrects cycle count and inventory discrepancies.
- Audits incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy.
- Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
- Inventory, Finance, Material Accounting, or cycle counting .
- Inventory analysis from raw data.
- Warehouse Management System experience a plus.
- Good verbal and written skills essential for communications with company employees, its suppliers and customers.
- Willingness to learn new processes, make improvement suggestions and interact with a variety of personnel on a local and global environment.
- Strong team player
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- Proficiency with SAP, entering all in and outbound movements within warehouse and entry of physical inventory counts.
- Analysis of inventory data, transactions, material movement and associated issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years SAP, Excel and Word a must
- Strong analytical and communication skillsets
- Ability to perform independently in both office and field environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with ability to multi-task
- Strong organization and time management skillsets
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Power Point required. Outlook also needed.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor with all verbal/in person or phone and email/correspondence exchanges
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug and MVR (clean driving record).
