Duration: April 29th - May 2nd + Paid training day on April 25th (training will be a half day) 9am-1pm
Hours: 9am-5:15pm with a 45 minute lunch (7.5 hours) each day
Location: Medical Association near Union Station, Washington D.C.
The Choice is partnering with a medication association and seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide cover while one of their employees is out of the office. As the first point of contact, the Temporary Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our members and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, and filing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
