Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Process Server. The Process Server will be responsible for logging in to our portal(s) downloading service documents, and delivering legal documents to individuals involved in legal proceedings. They will also need to manage their own schedule and ensure timely and accurate service of process.
Qualifications
- Experience in legal document types and execution of service processes based on state rules
- Knowledge of law and court procedures
- Ability to assure accuracy, learn quickly, work independently and remotely
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Training and certification in process serving is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate through multiple channels
- Driver's License with Insured Vehicle
- A County Registration Card is a must
- Home computer and laser printer are a must, in car setup is a MAJOR PLUS!
