**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Manually scrape, shovel, broom, soap, and spray down areas in the Refinery Area
+ Removes and disposes of all waste debris, per established procedures
+ Steam and tempered hose inspections quarterly
+ Manage dumpster removal and supplies for the plant(Chemicals, Cleaning utensils)
+ Placing work orders for general plant issues
+ Painting hand-rails, pipes, etc
+ Retrieving supplies from receiving for refinery
+ Changing out chemical waste for refinery lab
+ Unplugging backed up drains
+ Shoveling and salting refinery walkways when needed
+ Ordering supplies when needed
+ Picking up trash, paper, insulation, skids etc.
+ Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations(including food safety policies and procedures)
+ Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
+ Other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
+ Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
+ Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
+ Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
+ Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
+ Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
+ Basic use of a computer
+ Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems.
+ Prior experience in production related work
+ Previous experience operating mobile equipment like forklift, bobcat, frontend loader
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with emphasis on Excel and Word
+ Ability to be self motivated and work independently
