Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and managing mortgage loans, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with underwriting to ensure loan approvals. The role is located in Providence, RI but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A solid understanding of financial markets and how they impact mortgage rates
• NMLS registration and state licensing (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hiring)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus
