As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking and pulling merchandise using a state-of-the-art voice pick system as well as packaging those items for the client's order.
2nd shift only - Sunday-Thursday 2: 30pm-11pm
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Primary Job Functions:
Locate, pull, and package merchandise.
Audit inventory for discrepancies. Locate low product numbers to keep the fill rate high.
Stage picked merchandise in the correct area adjusting as space needs may require.
Safely operate all warehouse equipment efficiently.
Adhere to all customer requests.
Primary Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE experience operating PIT's (walky-riders, electric walkie-behind, rider pallet jack)
-High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Previous warehouse/distribution experience is preferred.
-Proficient with basic arithmetic calculations.
-Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
-Must be able to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, standing or walking for long periods and for entire shift, often over 8 hr/shift, and lifting as much as 50 pounds (or more) and push/pull carts weighing 75 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the shift. With or without reasonable accommodation.
*Prior Picking/Packing experience required.
