Experience:
18 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.
COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skill PT; SNF exp. Would be great if had experience with pain management, edema management and manual therapy.
