The role:
As Product Manager you will take part in shaping and executing a strategy that will transform how our client introduces new products into volume manufacturing, and more importantly, build the foundation that will allow them to meet the requirements of the rapidly increasing demand from their customers.
This is an exciting new role for the business. As Product Manager, you will be part of a newly formed strategic business unit that focuses on the industrialization of new products. You will work closely with customers and operating end-users across military and law enforcement, identifying and/or creating needs for both new and existing product development.
Through collaboration with the rest of the Product Industrialization team, you will turn opportunities into profitable approved products that can be released into volume production. You can expect to liaise with Design, Marketing, Quality, Production Operations, Project Management and more.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in product management, preferably in the tactical equipment industry.
- Previous manufacturing company experience is essential for this role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
