Job description for: Healthcare Recruiter

  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates for Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals for travel contracts
  • Provide support to Fidelity On Call in finding the qualified candidates for the vacant job openings.
  • Supervise your team of active travelers and assistant
  • Negotiate Salaries and pay packages
  • Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of Fidelity On Call, IDOL, and The Joint Commission.
  • Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies on social media and other platforms.
  • Attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other vendor healthcare associates.
  • Staying aware of healthcare job market trends
  • Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take the corrective steps if goals are not met
  • Research job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc to get the right candidates
  • Attend Job Fairs, Conventions, etc.
  • Be available for some travel

  • Excellent knowledge of human resource and development and management
  • Well organized, detail oriented and confident personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Ability to understand and analyze people

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma Required
  • Associates or Bachelor degree in related field encouraged
  • Healthcare background is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift-up -to 10 pounds at a time
