Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wholesale Account Executive located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for daily contact with mortgage broker clients, primarily by phone but also by email and in-person visits. The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing geographic territory, soliciting mortgage brokers, wholesale lenders, and managing client relationships. They will also be responsible for the analysis, underwriting, and determination of credit worthiness of client-originated mortgage loans.


Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the NON-QM products
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships and work with clients to meet their needs
  • Experience in wholesale lending and knowledge of underwriting procedures
  • Proven sales ability and ability to meet sales goals
  • Knowledge of wholesale lending guidelines and loan products


Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with a CRM or lead management system
