American Freight Furniture and Mattress has over 300 stores throughout the United States and we are growing. We have 25-30 new stores opening each year! Our Inventory Clerk assists in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of inventory by researching, preventing and resolving inventory discrepancies via our help ticket system.
Responsibilities:
* Data entry and clerical duties.
* Research inventory related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory system.
* Partner with stores and field leadership to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Inventory shrink tracking and reporting.
* Monitor store adjustments.
* Perform weekly reconciliation of inventory between stores POS system and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Weekly vendor aging reporting.
* Participate in physical inventories.
* Assists as needed with special projects.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma
* Inventory experience is a plus
* Good verbal and written skills
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
