The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Functions: Lead the printing and production of client ordersInspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready Operate and maintain large-format machines (printers, CNC cutters, laminators, and plotters) Inspect final output to ensure high quality productsVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys Ideal candidates will also possess: Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing A background in the sign or print industry.Graphic design background (this is not a graphic design position).Experience working with graphics (walls, windows, vehicles) About you:You have a strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skillsYou desire to work as a team and are known for being a team player You are obsessed with quality (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)You have excellent communication skillsCompensation and Benefits: Competitive annual salary, commensurate with experiencePaid time offAdditional training/development opportunities Bonus potentialKey Terms: vinyl graphics, printing, sign making, sign production, sign fabricatorCompensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Working at SpeedPro and in the large-format printing industry, gives you a chance to be creative.
