TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to provide support to a Naval Program Office.
Responsibilities:
We have immediate openings for Technical Support Specialists supporting Information Technology systems for customers at the Naval Sea Systems Command located at the Washington Navy Yard. Technical Support Specialists will support a large customer organization for ordering, issuing, maintaining, and help desk for IT assets.
Qualifications:
- High School degree.
- Experience with US Navy programs or operations is preferred.
- Navy CyberSecurity Workforce Qualification is desired.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
