LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Application Analyst who will play a crucial role in offering technical guidance, developing solutions for our customers, and customizing products and services to meet their needs.
A significant part of this position involves working with ArcGIS to enhance and sustain the imagery services, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and the efficient integration of connected application resources. This role requires a proactive approach, capable of independently transforming business needs into effective operational systems that are scalable across various functions.
Role is Full Time, Direct-Hire, W2, and On-site in Fresno, CA (5-days a week).
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Esri ArcGIS operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business system users for critical projects.
- Lead the analysis and enhancement of business operational systems.
- Keep business applications and modules up-to-date, including procedural documentation.
- Design and implement procedural systems to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT team for the acquisition and integration of new business applications.
- Provide support for assigned Business Applications.
- Manage change processes for new features and system configuration adjustments.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of Business Application Analyst experience or relevant academic experience.
- 2 years of experience in Esri ArcGIS, maintaining, administering and supporting it.
- 2 years in the Food and beverage industry
- 2 years of Tableau or Power BI (academically or professionally)
- 2 years in Microsoft Office
- GIS Certification is preferred.
- Agronomy or Farm Management experience preferred!
