Overnight Audit & Security
Job Description
Wage: $15.50/hour
Third Shift 11 pm -7 am.
Checking guests in/out, providing great customer service to our guests, and ensuring the day's Audit is completed. Responsible for completing nightly tasks to prepare the hotel and conference center for the next business day. Problem-solve guest issues as they arise; working with Housekeeping and Engineering, as needed. Great for individuals who work well on their own, following a process to complete tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for 15-19 hours per week, including weekends, MSU semester breaks, and holidays.
- Must be committed to providing Outstanding Guest Service to all hotel guests. Must have excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in hotel or Resort
