Physician Assistant - $15,000 Sign On Bonus

Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) who has knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services to treat and work with the employees and families at our brand new employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Bloomington, Indiana.
You ll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.
Role highlights include:
- 40 hour per week position no on-call or weekends required!
- Weekly Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
- Wednesday: 10:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.

Responsibilities
As a Physician Assistant at Marathon Health, you ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.
In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you ll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center s staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant in a primary care/family practice setting
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
