About the Opportunity









DMI, LLC is seeking a UX Analyst to add to our Enterprise Analytics and Systems Support Services (EASSS) team in support of Human Resources Command (HRC) Enterprise Modernization Directorate (EMoD). Duties and Responsibilities:

    Analyzes current systems and application information and how they are used by consumers and recommends interface designs based on understanding of users' needs. Research system usability: interviews consumers to understand their needs; identifies usage patterns of users through surveys, log analysis, task analysis, and field observation; determines users' needs and presents findings to management, the product development team, and internal stakeholders. Documents suggestions and requirements for improving user experience for a product. Designs and develops new and improves existing products and applications that best meet consumers' expectations and desires. Presents system solutions, ideas, and recommendations to the product development team and internal stakeholders that align with user needs and serve organization requirements.Examines the project operations and recommends improvements to the way it interacts with or offers services to users or employees. Create an easy and intuitive experience, such as by minimizing the number of steps the user must take to complete a task or eliminating obstacles that interfere with usability.Measuring the quality of a user's experience by examining metrics: Success rate, Time, Error rate, & Customer satisfaction. Planning and executing tests to assess the usability of a software product in development. Sharing data and providing actionable insights based on the data.













    Qualifications









    Education and Years of Experience:
      Bachelor's degree in computer science, information Systems, UI desig 5 years of experience in UX related role(s), or related field.Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
      • Secret Clearance
      • Proven experience within analysis, research, and excellent communication skills.
