What You Will Be Doing
:
Handling user account management, account and group policy management, installation and configurations of server and software, scripting, upgrade management, Tier3 and Tier4 O&M troubleshooting.Being responsible for trouble shooting server, network, and system issues.Identifying complex problems, documenting, and clearly articulating option of resolution to the customer.Monitoring existing infrastructure.Identifying and coordinating implementation changes to address problems or engineering changes with little to no impact to the end users.Playing a vital role in researching and engineering a new system to manage the distribution of updates and hotfixes across domains.
Must Have
:
MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.11+ years' related experience and a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with at least 9 years' related experience.Demonstrated Tier 3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting skills.Demonstrated expert experience with Server OS, 2016, 2019, and 2022.Extensive experience creating OSD task Sequence.Expert knowledge in Group Policy.Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience with cloud technologies.Window Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge and hands-on expertise across various enclaved environments.Experience with scripting in PowerShell.MCSE/MCITP.Microsoft Task Sequences.Microsoft PowerShell.Microsoft Configuration Manager.Operating System Deployment (OSD).Microsoft Windows Update Service.Understanding of Enterprise Networking best practices.
