**Home Care Providers is seeking an experienced caregiver who is looking for a change of pace from traditional caregiving to be a part of our new House Call Visits service.**
As a caregiver for the House Call Visits, you will join a team of highly qualified caregivers spending your day performing short visits for multiple clients in need of assistance with specific Activities of Daily Living. This service allows you to touch many lives in one day.
We are specifically looking for caregivers with consistent availability for the following schedules:
Full Time - Monday - Friday
* 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
* 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Weekday Part-Time - Monday - Friday (three to four days a week expected)
* 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
* 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Weekend Part-Time shifts available:
* 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
* 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
* 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications
* CNA/HHA/LVN Experience (Inactive or expired certifications okay)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with:
* Personal Care Skills
* Proper Body Mechanics
* Infection Control
* Use of DME/Assistive Devices including Hoyer Lifts
* Medication Reminder Activities
* Meal Prep Activities
* Reporting & Documentation of Client Change of Condition/Unusual Occurrence/Concern
Customer Service Skills
* 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering personal care or comparable education
* Reliable transportation
* Proof of Drivers License and auto insurance
* Ability to drive 60+ miles per day
* Smart Phone
* Comfortable with technology
