I am currently working with an AM LAW ranked legal practice in St. Louis, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney to join their growing trusts & estates group.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
- You will provide counsel to families and individuals regarding the administration and disposition of their estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate and charitable planning.
- Handle probate administration, including opening/closing estates, preparing accountings and handling asset transfers.
- Prepare tax returns (including gift tax and estate tax returns).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Min of 4 years of estate planning experience.
- Strong academics.
- Licensed to practice in Missouri.
- Strong writing and case management skills.
