This is the perfect position for someone who wants to make a direct impact. Our client is seeking a LEADER to join their team and help with growth and future goals by implementing systems, infrastructure, and processes. This position requires someone to be in office 5 days/week in Columbia and someone who is passionate about helping other.
Main focus for the position:
Responsible for overall fundraising strategies, annual giving, gifts, major giving, securing new corporate donors, cultivating corporate relationships, corporate partnerships and all grant writing.
Specific Duties:
Manage Board relationships and assist in Board recruitment
Handle donor stewardship
Create metrics, and perform budgeting and analysis of fundraising performance and totals
Increase outreach, public education, proposal writing and research
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Five years of related experience and demonstrated increasing responsibility
High level of proficiency in Raiser s Edge or similar donor management software
High level of proficiency in digital communications software
