Akkodis is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a contract position in the Des Moines, IA area!
15-17/hr W2
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk focusing on digital asset management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tagging, uploading, and cataloging data within our digital asset management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tagging digital assets with relevant keywords and metadata for easy search and retrieval
- Uploading new assets into the digital asset management system
- Cataloging and organizing data to ensure accurate and timely access for team members
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the digital asset management system
- Collaborating with various departments to understand and fulfill data entry needs
- Providing support and training to team members on how to effectively use the digital asset management system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or digital asset management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
