Right now, were looking for a caring and organised individual to join us as a Food Services Assistant at The Lawns Care Home in Chelmsfordto help us be the positive difference to our residents lives. **Working hours and salary** 9.10 per hour + 500 welcome bonus Full time 30 hours Should you be successfully hired in to this role, we are pleased to be able to offer you a one-off Starter Bonus of **500** as a thank you for deciding to join Bupa Care Services. The Starter Bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI. Ts &Cs Apply. **What your typical day involves**
* Providing excellent customer service to all our residents
* Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
* Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
* Cleaning of the dining area ensuring its tidy and presentable
* Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors as required
**Who were looking for** Experience in a customer facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, you want to deliver an excellent service to make our residents feel at home. Youll understand the importance of maintaining high standards in and around the home, ensuring our residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Comfortable communicating with others - nothing is too much trouble, youre always happy to help the wider team, cherishing the little moments with our residents.
