Functions
Read and follow Bills of Materials and hands-on instruction to construct various product assemblies.
Use of Power tools: drills/grinders/saws/rivet guns, hand tools: sander/vises/hammer/saw/cutters
Responsible to check and verify parts prior to assembly and conduct quality checks
Be self starter with attention to detail and quality
Previous welding (tig/mig, carbon/stainless) a plus, willing to train
Skills / Experience
Team work and regular attendance is required
2yr experience operating power/hand tools
Self-starter, motivated, organized and persistent in meeting goals
High school Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements
Heavy lifting and climbing
Primarily standing, walking, bending, crouch, reaching in shop environment
Wearing of all necessary PPE (gloves, steel toe shoes, respirators, other dependent on tasks)
Visual and listening acuity, retention of instructions
