Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Responsible for assisting Airport/Airline customers with inquiries and other troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

  • Qualifications


    • 6 months of Customer Service experience
    • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Have a basic understanding of Customer Service responsibilities.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track solutions
    • Good communication skills and friendly attitude


    Work Schedule:

    • 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
    • 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
    • 3rd Shift: 11:00PM-7:30AM


    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 50 per week
