Limited part-time position available in our Patient Registration and Accounts department for the main VMH Hospital and Medical Office Building entrances. Position will involve greeting staff, patients and visitors in-person, adhering to VMH protocols for visitor screening and directing visitors throughout the organization appropriately. Variety of hours and shifts available ranging from 6:00 am - 5:30 pm, with some weekends and holidays. Qualified candidate must have r elevant reception or customer service experience along with the ability to wear a mask for duration of the shift, remain calm and provide service with a sense of compassion.
