Summary
Portobello America is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order management processes.
Enter and follow up on orders using the Oracle system.
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a fast-paced team environment.
Innovate and implement creative solutions to drive company goals forward.
Manage order lifecycle from receipt to shipment.
Follow up thoroughly and appropriately on all orders, shipments, and products.
Ensure shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates, and tracking information.
Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or related experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic and follow-up skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manager time effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Mac/Windows applications.
Experience with the Oracle system preferred.
Prior experience in customer service and/or sales in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
