Job Purpose


Under direct supervision, the role of the Associate is to provide high level administrative recruitment support to the company executives and serve as a mentor for other clerical support staff.


Essential Job Functions:

  1. Ensure excellent client and candidate experience at every touch point throughout the interview and hiring process.
  2. Meet monthly and quarterly recruitment goals.
  3. Plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive recruitment and selection program for positions within all areas for which Novia recruits.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidate communication.
  5. Perform candidate interviews to determine fit for skill set, client culture and value driven leadership
  6. Prepare client intake sheet so that client manager can utilize intake sheet for client presentation
  7. Prepare documents and presentations for candidates and clients using word processing, spreadsheet or presentation software as needed.
  8. Serve as initial contact for current and potential candidates.
  9. Serve as continuous connection for candidates over time
  10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  11. Follow up to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
