Job Purpose
Under direct supervision, the role of the Associate is to provide high level administrative recruitment support to the company executives and serve as a mentor for other clerical support staff.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure excellent client and candidate experience at every touch point throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Meet monthly and quarterly recruitment goals.
- Plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive recruitment and selection program for positions within all areas for which Novia recruits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidate communication.
- Perform candidate interviews to determine fit for skill set, client culture and value driven leadership
- Prepare client intake sheet so that client manager can utilize intake sheet for client presentation
- Prepare documents and presentations for candidates and clients using word processing, spreadsheet or presentation software as needed.
- Serve as initial contact for current and potential candidates.
- Serve as continuous connection for candidates over time
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Follow up to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
