Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and high-performing Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in our outpatient clinic.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
