The Stan Tebow Allstate Agency is looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Our Anchorage agency is unique because we value the conversations, advice, and education we bring to our customers. We're not here to sell a product. We are here to bring peace of mind to families.
As an insurance sales representative, you will be advising our clients by finding them the best fit with our amazing products and outstanding services. You will also be actively looking to bring new clients into the agency.
We are building a kick-ass sales team!!
- Be excellent at relationship-building
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Meet sales goals and quotas as set by management
Job Requirements- Must currently possess or be able to obtain an Alaska Property and Casualty License within 30 days of hire
- This is a remote position
- Previous sales experience is required. Insurance experience is a BONUS!
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Great Written/Verbal communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check regarding fraud, financials, and identity theft convictions
