SRF Team - $18-19/HR - Shifts available:
- (2) openings - Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm
- (1) opening - Mon-Fri 10:00am-7:00pm
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related technical industry experience to include customer service & dispatching in a call center environment
- Worked in ticket system (preferably ServiceNow) handling 75+ tickets per day
- typing speed 50+ WPM
- Professional communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proven ability to meet SLAs
- Strong Attn to detail
- Enjoys repetitive work
- Shows consistency in job history (no job hopping)
- Adaptable to change
INC Team - $19-20/HR - Shift available:
- (1) opening - Either 2:00pm-11:00pm or 4:00pm-1:00am
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related technical industry experience to include customer service, dispatching, - incident/break-fix support in the telecommunications, audio, and/or network connectivity products and services field. Strongly Preferre
- Worked in ticket system (preferably ServiceNow) handling 75+ tickets per day
- typing speed 50+ WPM
- Strong Attn to detail
- Enjoys repetitive work
- Shows professionalism in their communication, attitude, and appearance. - Professional communication skills (both oral and written)
