Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art monitoring center facility is the most advanced in the United States. The team at Affiliated Monitoring protects millions of people by monitoring their security alarms and medical alert systems.
Our team currently has multiple openings for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist. Working as part of our Advanced Team, this critical role help is instrumental in maintaining an accurate customer database for life safety monitoring.
You will be interpreting and implementing data from partners ranging from nationally recognized security, PERS and IoT providers to unique technology startups.
This position requires critical thinking and problem solving skills.
What Youll Do:
Manage Data Request cases out of a queue
Learn various software utilized on a daily basis in job performance
Stay current on Data procedure and practices
Focus on Partner requests and, when needed, advise on best method to accomplish
Collaborate within our organization to provide the best partner experience
Requirements
