- 1st shift: $21.25/hour (6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday)
- 2nd shift: $22.00/hour (2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday)
- 3rd shift: $22.50/hour (10:00pm-6:00am, Monday-Friday)
- Full-time hours
What will you be doing?
- Performing Machine Set Ups, Adjustments, and Changeovers to prepare for production runs on Food Packaging Machines.
- Conducting Inspections and Testing to ensure equipment meets quality specifications.
- Completing all necessary documentation associated with the position.
- Acting as Line Leads, leading line workers and rotating them every 30 minutes.
- Assisting line workers and overseeing the hopper filler to ensure the correct product is being utilized.
- Arriving 20-30 minutes early for changeover, communicating with the machine operator from the previous shift to address any ongoing machine issues.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in GMPS or HAACP, or willing to learn.
- Previous machine operating experience in food manufacturing.
- 1-2 years of experience with similar machines in the food industry.including machine setups.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Leadership experience is highly valued, as machine operators will serve as leads for line workers and hopper fillers on their line.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
