Job Details

Assists practitioners with patient care, physical examination, ancillary tests and performs a variety of clerical duties in accordance with established policies, practices and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.

Current US state LPN license with authorization to practice in the state of GA. Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. PEARS certification or obtained within (6) six months of hire.

Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards. Demonstrated working knowledge of clinical operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to participate in continuing medical education. Word processing and/or data entry skills. Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements. Ability to interact and communicate with people in person and over the telephone, often in stressful situations. Must be able to utilize personal protective equipment such as gloves, gown, mask, etc.

Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
