Note- Open for All over US (Relocation allowance will provide to non local candidates). Client might provide a relocation assistance for an offered candidate to help in moving to a new city or state in order to work. This can include reimbursement for any moving costs, temporary lodging and travel expenses. However, we can not commit on any amount and same will be discussed once candidate has cleared the interview and at the time of offer.


Shift : Client offers one of the best and most flexible work schedules in the retail industry. Normal store hours are 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday, and 10am-5pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. This position will typically work Monday Friday. Hours may differ during events or peak holiday times, and certain Saturdays will be required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Rolex, maintaining the brand's image as a top luxury brand.
  • Oversee operational aspects of the Rolex business at both Client locations, focusing on brand growth.
  • Become highly knowledgeable about the Rolex brand and timepieces, assisting clients on the sales floor.
  • Set and maintain high standards of service, ensuring excellent in-store experiences and meeting monthly mystery shop criteria.
  • Manage Rolex training for associates, ensuring they are always informed and current on product knowledge.
  • Respond promptly to all Rolex inquiries via website, email, social media, and telephone, ensuring a consistent message regarding product availability, allocation standards, and the ordering process.
  • Maintain floor department visuals, including flowers, housekeeping, case cleanliness, and supply of gloves, trays, and client catalogues.
  • Maintain organization of Rolex boxes and warrantees in the watch closet.
  • Stay updated on all Rolex portal orders.
  • Maintain and submit all required reports to Rolex in a timely manner.
  • Use client reporting to analyze business trends.
  • Manage Rolex inventory, updating exhibition watches in cases.
  • Organize Rolex boxes and warranties in the watch closet.
  • Oversee Rolex repairs, handling customer take-ins and updating clients on repair status until final pickup.
  • Collaborate with the Watch Director and Watch Buyer on the allocation process and processing Rolex transactions.
  • Receive industry knowledge and product training, including continuing education opportunities.
  • Career development opportunities in sales leadership if desired
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Dexterity in using computers, phones, and other office equipment
  • Requires long periods of standing, walking and some climbing of stairs
  • Some carrying of packages and boxes of inventory (up to 20 pounds)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Position may also involve sitting for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods of time.
