Who You Are:
- Possess over 10 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, with a significant focus on team leadership.
- Skilled in applying lean manufacturing methodologies and experienced with ERP systems.
- Strong people management and leadership presence, adept in conflict resolution and team dynamics.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred
- Eligibility for secret clearance required.
