$52,018 BASE SALARY + COMMISSION & BONUS STRUCTURE
OTE YEAR 1: $70-80k / Year 2: $85-100k / Year 3: $125k+

THE ROLE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development: Generating new business through cold-calling and networking, promoting Harnham's services and brand.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and direct outreach.
- Process/Account Management: Facilitating the recruitment process by preparing candidates for interviews, maintaining communication with both candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth process overall.
- Placement Negotiations: Closing deals by securing job offers for candidates and negotiating terms.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- No prior recruitment or sales-experience necessary.
- Strong communication skills developed through previous roles or university experiences.
- Experience in customer or client-facing roles, such as hospitality or customer service.
- Desire to excel in a sales-driven environment with targets and KPIs.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment industry.
