We are seeking a seasoned HW Systems Lead to join a well-funded Series A startup whose vision is to become THE compute platform for AGI. Their unique hardware is specifically targeted for large language models, ultimately making AI more cost-efficient, faster and energy efficient.
Their leadership stems from some of the brightest minds leading AI innovations at Google.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a technical lead in developing complex high-performance boards and systems specifically for AI workloads.
- Experience in data center-class chips, familiar with large-scale, high-power requirements.
- Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity, to ensure the reliability and efficiency of hardware systems.
- Proficient with interfaces such as PCIe and Ethernet, experience integrating and optimizing connectivity within hardware designs.
- Hands-on design and manufacturing process of boards, experience bringing hardware concepts to production.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical development of complex high-performance boards and systems for AI Applications - ensuring they meet and exceed performance requirements.
- Design and development of solutions suitable for data center environments, handling high volumes of data processing with optimal efficiency.
- Actively participate in and oversee the design and manufacturing process among a small team of brilliant engineers.
