Description:Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Communication Specialist will

lead

and execute digital strategies on Holy Cross Health s websites, mobile applications, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and video content. The Senior Digital Marketing Communication Specialist will ensure Holy Cross Health s digital presence is consistent with the organizational brand through management of content and visual presentation.Responsibilities:Our Trinity Health Culture: Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates our Trinity Health Mission, Values, Vision, Actions & Promise in behaviors, practices & decisions.

Support

and lead

Holy Cross Health s digital strategy including paid search and display campaigns, SEO, and use of analytic data to support strategies. Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable recommendations.

Manage social media and multimedia channels. Knowledge and utilization of CRM.

Execute strategies and tactics in the digital space to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Identify and execute brand awareness campaigns.

Utilize design principles and best practices with all internal and external campaigns and customer service inquiries.

Serve as owner of content and functionality strategies on Holy Cross Health s web sites.

Support the development of web content by collecting information from internal customers, editing copy with web optimization in mind, coordinating any necessary programming and pre-testing in development phase.

Oversee monitoring website performance and analytics, providing usage and campaign performance reports.

Support marketing automation efforts; specifically e-mail marketing programs for external outreach to current and prospective patients.

Organize and prioritize projects for the digital team, serving departments and service lines.

Develop strategies involving front-end and back-end development. Set project timelines and milestones.

Collaborates with marketing, communications, media relations, business development, and Information Technology colleagues in support of system strategies and plans, while providing strategic direction to the Digital Marketing Team and external agencies on digital execution.

Provides departmental and project leadership as it relates to digital marketing and associated initiatives

What you will need:Bachelor s degree in digital or interactive media, communications, marketing, or related field

Five to seven

years of experience in marketing and interactive media.

Digital marketing experience highly preferred.
