Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and customer service for Laundry One's clients.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service and Customer Service skills
- Experience in maintenance and repair of commercial laundry equipment
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree in Applied Science, or equivalent work experience, is a plus
