Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers and staff.

2. Tracks stock and production levels to ensure customer's needs are being met in a timely fashion.

3. Prepares all assigned reports, documents, letters and correspondence accurately and on time, including open sales orders, stocking agreements, warranty work, billings, general forecasting, etc.

4. Addresses and resolves customer inquiries, problems and complaints regarding products, services, billing, applications, etc.

5. Creates and maintains customer files.

6. Enters all required information into the computerized systems to create and maintain the customer database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

7. Provides inside support to the outside sales representatives as needed.

8. Completes special projects tailored to enhance skillset.

9. Answers incoming customer telephone calls. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in the analysis of problems and development and communication of solutions.

10. Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

11. Follows and complies with all rules and regulations as required by Quality Management System.

Typing proficiency

Education and Experience

High school diploma and six years related experience or Bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field) and two years related experience.

Familiar with business acumen.

Proficient in MS Office including Excel

ERP and Database system/portal navigation experience.
