Medical Device Repair Technician


Open to wide variety of industries - Automotive, Drone, Computer Repair, Phone Repair, Small Electronic Devices


We are seeking an experienced Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and refurbishing medical devices, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting activities for infusion pumps.
  • Analyze customer returns to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Adhere to all quality procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards, including cGMP.
  • Assist in training new employees on service processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and management to address process or product non-conformities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety standards.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations for onsite repair and support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Experience in a high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in cGMP and product knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual tasks with precision.
  • Demonstrated initiative and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

  • Travel requirement typically less than 25% of the time.
  • Job duties performed in a service repair hub environment.
