Medical Device Repair Technician

Open to wide variety of industries - Automotive, Drone, Computer Repair, Phone Repair, Small Electronic Devices

We are seeking an experienced Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and refurbishing medical devices, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

Perform repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting activities for infusion pumps.
Analyze customer returns to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Adhere to all quality procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards, including cGMP.
Assist in training new employees on service processes and procedures.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and management to address process or product non-conformities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety standards.
Occasionally travel to customer locations for onsite repair and support.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Experience in a high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in cGMP and product knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual tasks with precision.
Demonstrated initiative and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

Travel requirement typically less than 25% of the time.
Job duties performed in a service repair hub environment.
