Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time Millwork Material Handler. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow with an expanding family-owned company and see the beauty of craftsmanship come to life, this is the company for you.

**Daily responsibilities and tasks:**
* Picking material using a stand/sit forklift
* Managing orders to be completed in full and on time
* Using a scan gun to check inventory and properly adjust where material is at
* Inspecting all material for quality
* Having constant communication with upper management on progress with work orders
* Float to other areas as needed to meet business needs
* Work with a team of individuals to ensure product is picked on time and to quality specifications
* Work together with all other areas in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved
* Work together with a team of individuals to reach the common goal of 100% on time delivery to the customer
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous material handler experience
* Comfortable learning to operate a forklift
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder
* Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions; have legible penmanship, good communication skills (verbal and written) and be detail oriented.
* Able to stand for extended periods of time
* Flexible in working overtime when necessary
* Able to pass pre-employment drug screening

**Hours:**
* Monday thru Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
* Overtime as necessary
**Pay:**
* $20/hr +
